Feature 1

The first hole on the Sag Hollow course is a par 4 that plays 432 yards from the tips. There is a pond that fronts the large undulating green but it takes a very long drive for it to be a factor. Longer hitters from the forward tees might need to be careful with their drive but most golfers hit driver or 3 wood. The second shot is over the pond into a green that is 100 feet wide. This hole gets its nickname because it's where the golfers negotiate their games and matches before teeing off.

Number 1 fairway. The pot bunker on the right side of the fairway was once sand but has been changed to a grass bunker.
